If you would like to order by phone please call our Orderline on 0845 2262326.  The usual office hours are 9am-7pm Mon-Fri.  At busy periods we are also open later in the evenings and at weekends.  If you get the voicemail, please leave a message and we will get back to you very quickly.

You can also order by post, paying with either a cheque or a credit/debit card.  If you are paying by cheque, we are only able to accept personal cheques or postal orders in pounds sterling.

Cheques should be made out to Silver Balloon Limited. Each CD costs £14.00. Package and handling is £1.99 per order, regardless of the number of CDs in each order.

It would be helpful if you would also include a contact telephone number in case there are any queries. Please state clearly in a covering letter the name(s) and spelling(s) you require.

You can also write to us with your credit card details. Remember to include the expiry date on your card and the cardholder's address.
